NPR founder and collaborator Lee Montgomery moved to Albuquerque in August 2009 with his partner Jessamyn Lovell to accept a position as Assistant Professor of Electronic Art at UNM. SInce arriving students, colleagues and neighbors have been exposed to the open access fun that has made NPR a community gathering point all over the country.
Lee and his fiancée Jessamyn host monthly broadcasts out of their home in Albuquerque.
World Cup Games have been occassionaly broadcast on 103.7FM in the University area of Albuquerque.

NPR collaborator Michael Trigilio visit's Lee's "Broadcasting" class at UNM.
With the encouragement and guidance of Lee and Michael, students create short range broadcasts to roving radios as they wander the hallways of the Art building.
